About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our healthcare teams across Ireland. As a Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients, and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to improve health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care with compassion, respect, and professionalism.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Provide health education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with doctors, healthcare assistants, and other professionals to ensure optimal care.
• Adhere to all healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or eligibility to register.
• Proven experience in a clinical nursing role (minimum of 1-2 years preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and independently.
• Flexible, compassionate, and committed to patient care.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in specific specialties (e.g., ICU, A&E, Elderly Care, Pediatric Nursing).
• Additional certifications or training in relevant areas.

Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
