Key Responsibilities:

– Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.

– Participate in health promotion, disease prevention, and patient education activities.
– Monitor and ensure the maintenance of a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
– Supervise and mentor junior nurses and healthcare support staff.
– Stay current with nursing best practices and participate in continuing professional development activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Registered with the nursing regulatory authority (e.g., NMC in the UK) as a Registered General Nurse.
– Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
– Proven experience in a general nursing role, with strong clinical skills across a variety of specialties.
– Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and time management skills.
