– Provide administrative support to various departments, including preparing documents, copying, and filing.
– Assist with the coordination of office events and meetings.
– Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
– Update and keep records of office expenses and costs.
Qualifications and Skills:
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or a related field is a plus.
– Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization.
