We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

– Assess patient needs through physical examinations and diagnostic tests to determine the most appropriate treatment plans.
– Design and implement personalized rehabilitation programs to improve or restore physical function and fitness.
– Educate patients and their families about their conditions and the necessary therapy exercises to aid recovery.
– Apply various physiotherapy techniques and modalities, such as exercises, manual therapy, hydrotherapy, and electrotherapy, to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to develop interdisciplinary treatment plans.
– Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.
– Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practice and integrate new knowledge and techniques into patient care.
– Conduct group therapy sessions and workshops on health promotion, injury prevention, and workplace ergonomics.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited program.
– Current registration and licensure as a Physiotherapist in the applicable jurisdiction.
– Proven clinical experience in physiotherapy, with a strong background in musculoskeletal, neurological, or sports physiotherapy preferred.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to accurately diagnose conditions and develop effective treatment plans.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
