We are looking for an experienced and analytical Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring financial health and compliance. The Finance Manager will play a key role in budget planning, financial reporting, and strategy development to support the organization’s financial goals and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, payroll, and treasury.
– Develop and manage financial strategies, plans, and forecasts in line with the organization’s objectives.
– Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
– Manage the budgeting process, including monitoring and reporting on variances.
– Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
– Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
– Oversee and optimize accounting procedures and internal controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
– Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
– Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and other financial consultants as required.
– Lead financial risk management strategies to minimize risks and maximize opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree or professional qualification (such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA) is preferred.
– Proven experience in financial management, with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
– In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices.
– Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
– Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a finance team.
– Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
